Energy Healing is a way of increasing and balancing your energy. The practitioner transmits Reiki energy to the client through the hands. Their hands are lightly placed on or near the body in various positions around the head, shoulders, stomach and feet. Each appointment will be different depending on the length of your appointments and your ailments.

By laying hands on the body, one can focus invisible life force energy, helping to balance the Chakras. Chakras are energy centers in the body, made up of “wheels” of nerve bundles branching out to the organs.

Energy healing is coupled with mindful intent, because the root cause of many emotional and physical imbalances are directly related to behaviors, feelings, traumas, or other experiences. It is crucial to reflect on our recurring patterns, and bring awareness to both positive, and negative behaviors within ourselves.

Mindful reflection is a practice that involves a deep, meaningful conversation with oneself. It allows one to reflect without judgment but with curiosity and openness to our experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions. This practice is about tuning into our internal dialogue, understanding our reactions, and gaining insight into our core beliefs and values.

Mindful reflection is a part of mindfulness, which enriches both reflection-on-action and reflection-in-action. Cultivating a mindful, reflective brain helps us keep our words and actions in check. It also helps us recall the short- and long-term goals we’ve set for ourselves. Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness: it allows us to look neutrally at our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions2. Through this practice, we are able to look at ourselves with newfound interest and curiosity.

Aura and Chakra Cleanse

Aura cleansing is a practice aimed at removing negative and stagnant energy from one’s aura, rejuvenating and balancing it to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. This session begins with a thorough conversation with the client and practitioner, guided by mindful reflection. Why are you here? How are you affecting your current situation? What do you need to release, in order to grow and move forward?

Before the energy healing session, the client will pull 3 oracle cards to set the intention for the remainder of the sessions. Many times, affirming content and takeaways from the mindful reflection.
Techniques used to cleanse the aura include meditation, the use of essential oils, cord cutting, energy healing, intuitive guidance, crystal healing, sound healing and smoke cleansing.

Each session will vary depending on the client's needs. Plan to be here for 90+ minutes.

Mini Intuitive Energy Healing

This is a modified energy healing session that incorporates Reiki, Sound Healing, and Chakra balancing. This is a great option for those with tight schedules &only needing an energy lift.

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki, also known as remote healing, operates on the principle that energy knows no boundaries. Through the power of intention and visualization, Reiki practitioners can send healing energy to clients anywhere in the world, making it accessible and convenient for those unable to access in-person sessions.
The client is provided a sheet that breaks down the areas in need of focus.
This session is also intuitively guided and results in very specific documentation.
After the distance Reiki is complete, three oracle cards will be pull for the client, tied directly to the reading.

Similar to your astrological Sun sign, it is said that your life path number can indicate who you really are at your essence and what your true purpose is. It sheds light on days of the week that are best for you, best numbers, and energetic matches in friendships and relationships.

The Chinese zodiac, or shengxiao, refers to the circle of 12 animals that measure the cycles of time. Signs or animals are determined by the lunar year in which you were born. It helps gauge best times of year, signs to avoid, and digs deep into your “knowing” of yourself.

Angelic Reiki

Angelic Reiki is the fulfilment of the Divine’s invitation for our return Home. It is not just another Reiki. Sound Healing

Sound healing is the process in which a practitioner uses music to aid in healing. Sound healing therapy improves many facets of a person's life. It has the ability to synchronize brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. At Lotus Reiki, this is achieved through different frequency playlists, Quartz Singing Bowls, Quartz Pyramids, a Quartz Harp, Native Flutes, Steel Drum, Brass Bowls and Tingsha Bells.

In each session, you have the option to add crystal therapy (included in cost of services)
Crystal therapy's goal is to balance the chakras and transform the energy properties of the body, resulting in a clear energy field. This natural form of healing is often used to promote relaxation and relieve stress.
During a session, PJ may lay stones on the body in different areas or may suggest that you wear certain stones to balance certain chakras, absorb positive energy, or ward off negative energy.
