Energy Alignment
Energy healing techniques are a therapeutic modality based on the belief that our bodies have energy flowing through them, and that healing can come from adding balance to this flow. The energy is channeled through the practitioner to the client, helping remove energy deficiencies and blockages, which then activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.
Sessions and technique per session vary client to client. Modalities include sound therapy, prayer, meditation, mindful reflection, energetic balance, grounding, and breathwork.

A virtual energy session is a great way to experience an alignment session without having to leave the comforts of your home.
A virtual energy healing session with Lotus combines various techniques like reiki, intuitive guidance on energetic blockages, mindful reflection, guided meditation, breathwork and sound healing.
At the end of the session, we pull oracle cards to set an intention to let certain areas of your life go and move forward in energetic alignment.
Clients should expect to be with PJ for up to 1 hour.
