Aura cleansing is a practice aimed at removing negative and stagnant energy from one’s aura, rejuvenating and balancing it to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. This session begins with a thorough conversation with the client and practitioner, guided by mindful reflection. Why are you here? How are you affecting your current situation? What do you need to release, in order to grow and move forward?

Before the energy healing session, the client will pull 3 oracle cards to set the intention for the remainder of the sessions. Many times, affirming content and takeaways from the mindful reflection

Energy healing is coupled with mindful intent, because the root cause of many emotional and physical imbalances are directly related to behaviors, feelings, traumas, or other experiences. It is crucial to reflect on our recurring patterns, and bring awareness to both positive, and negative behaviors within ourselves.

Mindful reflection is a practice that involves a deep, meaningful conversation with oneself. It allows one to reflect without judgment but with curiosity and openness to our experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions. This practice is about tuning into our internal dialogue, understanding our reactions, and gaining insight into our core beliefs and values.

Mindful reflection is a part of mindfulness, which enriches both reflection-on-action and reflection-in-action. Cultivating a mindful, reflective brain helps us keep our words and actions in check. It also helps us recall the short- and long-term goals we’ve set for ourselves. Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness: it allows us to look neutrally at our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions2. Through this practice, we are able to look at ourselves with newfound interest and curiosity.

Techniques used to cleanse the aura include meditation, the use of essential oils, cord cutting, energy healing, intuitive guidance, crystal healing, sound healing and smoke cleansing.

Each session will vary depending on the client's needs. Plan to be here for 90 minutes.
